And I have been looking for this dude for three months! Tim was who I was assigned to when I made apprentice pressman at the Madison Newspaper Operation in 1981. He was a great guy to learn from, he knew a lot about the press we were assigned to. I went to his old house in on Lake Waubesa but he was no longer there. And remember, I am doing this without the ability to speak. So I paid for an online service to find him and it gave me a cell phone number I texted to. But it wasn't Tim. Then I let a couple of months go bye and I received an update email from the search site I had joined. So having some time on my hands I drove out to the address the site gave me for Tim and no one was home. So i wrote a note to Tim and placed it in the mailbox and frankly I was ready to give up at that point. But Tim got the note and texted me and we were able to get together and finally reconnect. After 40 years. Wow, and he looks the same as the last time I saw him in 1981. Shorter hair yes, but otherwise he seems to have traversed the years with no ill effects. So anyways, he has come over the past three weeks once a week and we have played Cribbage. It was nice to reconnect with him. And even nicer to whip him in cribbage two out of three games! So the picture is of Tim sitting at my kitchen table dealing a hand of Cribbage. It was great to reconnect with him and it was like no time had passed. We connect right away and had a good time playing cribbage and catching up.
